That's probably it (hand throttle), you might have that looked at . . . that turned out to be my problem.

Lots of new tractors have Yanmar engines and other parts/stuff from them. So your hand throttle was malfunctioning? At early stage / hours of your new tractor?

Yes, it's been a while since I had the problem, I had under 100 hours on it . . . it just needed the bolts tightened.
