I just wanted to take a few minutes and share my experiences with TYM Warranty personnel !!!
I bought a New TYM 603 Tractor in 2011 or 2012....Can't remember for sure !!
For starters they sent it with Industrial tires and I ordered it with Ag's.
The tractor was like 3 months late on delivery, Even though I paid cash up front. Trying to get someone that cares is a job in itself. You can call, get someone on the other end of the line that is trained to make you feel like they care but All calls will end the same way........." I will send this email to (Andy in my case) and you will hear back from him tomorrow. The old saying tomorrow never comes is Definitely their philosophy !! You can call and call and call and will get the same response as what I just explained. After sharing with at least 3 represenatives my frustration of getting blown off, I was finally transferred to Andy. He is really a smooth talker and made me believe he was taking my case seriously. We exchanged emails as he said this is the best way so that he can use the emails like notes and work on my case.
I found other email addresses through his responses to me and some of them were the CEO of TYM so I even tried that route to get a response. NO LUCK !! This is when everyone started to ignore my emails. They even recognized my number and would not answer.
Bottom Line.......My tractor had issues that should have been covered under warranty but they kept telling my dealer that it wasn't covered and then I finally started trying to deal with them myself and you read how far that got me. I had to spend about $800.00 out of my pocket for repairs that should have been done under warranty !!
I would HIGHLY recommend you look at a different brand due to the treatment I received from them !! Horrible company to deal with and staff has Very little knowledge of product. I received the wrong parts twice and then they expect you to pay for return shipping as well.
