CurlyDave I think you win!! I'll run the power line thru the pipe and get a cheap compressor. I'm still going to run a drag line within the pipe as members recommended in case I want to pull something thru later.

That will work. I had about 100 feet of underground conduit that I needed to pull electrical service entrance cable through. Tied contractor cord to a chunk of fiberglas insulation. Shop vac pulled it through fine.
