This looks real interesting. They build the roof framing and attach the roofing metal while the roof system is close to the ground, resting on some large I beams that are connected to a hydraulic scissor lift. All the wall posts and girts are framed up and attached to the roof framing with hinges. Then they lift the roof into place vertically and the walls swing into place underneath. Pretty interesting.

Fun seeing how they lifted the roof, but I wonder how much more money this method costs, and if it's built any faster then traditional pole barn construction. With what it must take to set everything up, and the greater effort to build the walls their way, it might take longer to build then traditional pole barn methods.
