Universal 350tdc 4x4 problems

Im looking at buying a universal 350tdc and right now the 4x4 is not working. Ive searched and not found much about these tractors except they are a part of the long family of tractors. Any reason to stay away from one? Is this a common problem?

I assume the front wheel assist is not working. The Longs are the same and not much problem with FWA on them. Don't think they supplied a 350dtc to the U.S. market.
