Update: oil drain plug fell outta Tundra

That sounds like something my F350 7.3 needs. The vacuum boost leaves a bit to be desired, especially when pulling my usual overloaded gooseneck.

I can not remember what my 99 7.3L had but both my 04 and 06 Powertrokes, 6.0's, have a electric booster like in a big truck. Stops great.

Of course my 89 one ton dually extended cab Chevy with hydroboost was a 454 gas engine.

I worked on a 75 Mark IV Lincoln with Hydro-Boost... didn't know what it was called at the time.

The 7.3 PowerStroke F-250 and F-350 trucks had a vacuum boost system from 1994 to 1997. The F-Superduty (equivalent of an F-450) from '94 to '97 came with a hydroboost system. In '99, with the debut of the SuperDuty all the diesel trucks from the F-250 to the F-550 came with hydroboost brakes/ steering.
