My final comment will be... You denied any previous service was done to the tractor or that any service bulletins existed... You are a fraud

Actually this is. Dave knew there was a service bulletin on the issue, he denied it in writing on this forum. The valve bodies were not covered under the service bulletin but he changed them anyhow............ Kioti allowed roughly four hours for this work and afterwards both local dealers and dealers from Texas, Florida and California informed me on how for roughly a six month period on my backhoe/tractor combination there were issues with the O-rings blowing out because of too high presurre going through and how a 4 hose retrofit reduced the pressure and solved the problem.

Dave's shop was not able to provide me with the valve bodies when I appeared even though on this forum Dave stated that he had them saved for me and for me to pick them up.

My tractor had well under 200 hrs when this occurred. While not Dave's fault at all, 30 hrs later a bolt backed out of the pressure plate and the tractor had to be split, but this was not Dave's fault. Kioti did step up to the plate the second time and I must thank them for that.

Dave was/should be a used car salesman.

There are two sides to every story, and slamming dealers on this forum is not in anyone's best interest. It seems unfortunate that yet another tractor dealer with a good reputation, (Kioti's 5 paw status is not given to just any dealer), has bitten the dust.
In case anyone who has chosen to pour salt on the wounds of this dealer, and Dave in particular, beware that what one puts in print can be construed as libel, if of a defamatory nature, and I'm sure few want to go there to exercise their personal grudges/misunderstanding(s) on a public forum.
I am going to ask the admin to monitor this thread for the good of all, and to edit it or close it if needed.
Good Luck to you Dave.

One other consideration- anyone looked at the economy lately? Companies of all sizes and their dealer networks are under intense pressure to survive and some do and too many don't. There are NO guarantees in the world about how long a local anything is going to stay in business. Count yourself lucky if you have a local dealer for your Kioti or whatever brand. Banks, supermarkets, clothing stores, large chains like Lowes, for one example, and Best Buy for another are or have all closed stores or entire businesses- its unfortunate, but its reality, try to find a way to deal with it.
