Used B2150 $?

Looking at house with 12 acres and they have a hydro B2150 w/374 hours, LA350 loader and Brush Hog that could be included. Not sure of the year, dent in the front edge of the hood and the exhaust is bent back about 45 degrees.

Any suggestions on the value the little Kubota adds to the equation?
