Snowblower Used Loftness snowblower

My dealer has a used Loftness 60" 3PH blower for sale that I'm going to take a look at this weekend. I'll check the bearings for wear and look closely at the fan and surface it sits in. What other areas can be a concern for a blower?

Any comments on these blowers? I searched here and there isn't a whole lot to go by.

BTW - This is going on a BX2350.

That is a lot of blower for a BX but you might be fine. It's just a bit more then I like to see on them. They do make a good strong blower.

I went to see the blower this weekend and am a little curious about the fan.

There's about 3/4" of space between the tips of the blades and the housing. What is the normal spacing here?

Also, one of the blades is bent back although it looks like it could be straightened.

Like Art said above, this thing is definitely BUILT.

Until this one came in, I was planning on a new 50" Allied from the same dealer.
