The weight should be well within the load capacity of the truck. Use a free standing ramp to load and back on. Like backing the truck into a ditch. Make sure there is additional support for the wheelwells when the tires go over them. Place a sheet of 3/4 plywood vertical and high enough to cover part of the rear window. Let the bucket rest on the lowered tailgate. Make sure the wheels are chocked so there is no movement.
As for balance just check out the same truck with a slide in camper on it.
Biggest problem will be proper tie downs so the tractor can not move ahead when the brakes are applied.
