My advice is to get brakes.. I think you don't have to under 5k#.. but the pucker factor relief is worth it.. plus the safety....
I don't know how many times I've been trucking down the raod hauling about 5800#'s of tractor and trailer and implimint.. and some lazy person pulls out in front of me and I have to light up the brakes like I'm doing re-entry into the atmosphere....
