This one had its claws dug in. Tried it extended out at "C" and no luck. Pulled forward and retracted to "B". Plucked it right out.

👍 Interesting.

I noticed your bucket:

And a side view from the Bobcat Website:

I guess if you want a larger bucket, you have to go aftermarket.

For the V417 they had a Versahandler bucket notice how much taller it is:

They still have that bucket, but not in 7ft width.

Here it is. I think you are referring to the VH Gen purpose bucket 72".

Buckets for Telehandlers Specs - Bobcat Company

I almost got the 80" one, but it was quite a bit more than the CI HD 84" one I ended up with. (cant remember exactly how much more, but I think it was pushing $1000)

No, I think that one is different. Would have to see pictures to be sure, but it is not listed with the SSQA buckets for a V519.

It is listed with the Power Quick-Tach system used on the V723:

The V723 has the same attachment system that my V518 had:

I don't think so. Its not checked under the v723, which means it's not compatible with the v723 quick tatch system. For clarity, they should list the v519 and have the first two buckets checked for it, but they don't list it.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that when I was ordering my bucket, I asked about a higher capacity bucket, and this is where he directed me. So I'm pretty sure it uses the ssqa. He offered to order one for me (the 80 inch one) but it was quite a bit more expensive and I decided the extra cost wasn't worth it for the extra 4 1/2 cubic feet (struck).

So is the CI HD 84" bucket that you ended up with, the Bobcat bucket?

Need pictures please: :D

30 inches tall, 32 inches deep to the middle of the curve:

Notice how far it goes up above the SSQA at the back:

My bobcat dealer had a brand new truss boom that was traded back in 8 years ago. It was still strapped to a disintegrated pallet. It is for the larger lift so I bought a SSQA plate to weld to it. Got it for 1/3 of the price so I said why not! 20180430_172644.jpg
