Got off easy this year since I'm going to be in Florida for valentines day and wifey is staying home to take care of the animals! Since she checks her email religiously I sent her an electronic card from blue mountain arts which will automatically send 2/14. It has directions on where to look in the house for her present (just a box of chocolates). Tough to do this time of year but along the manure idea I left a big uncut portion of grass in the shape of a heart on our front lawn when we got married. (Come to think of it that was probably the last romantic thing I did............... gotta get on the schtick.......)

Can't do this for Valentine's Day (still 3 feet of snow on the ground), but I've always wanted to spell out "I love you" in the meadow with the belly mower...then take her for a plane ride over our land.

This topic reminds me of a friend we knew in Iowa, For V-day he bought his wife sheep, he felt that her job was to mow the lawn and by spring the sheep would be big enough to mow the yard. For her birthday he got her a new horse trailer, since her birthday was in the fall and they would have to sell the sheep soon. Then for christmas he got her a new pickup to pull the horse trailer. Funny thing was that all his wife wanted was a new lawn mower. Boy was he a giver!!!

I ordered the White Opium and it was a big hit with you know who. The discount didn't hurt one bit either /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. Seriously the package was well protected and even wrapped so all I had to do was get a Valentine Day Card and I was all set. The smell is wonderful and my wife (the better half) really likes it and it does last a long time. Convey my appreciation to your mother, she has a first class operation.

Thanks for the tip Muhammad! I bought the White Opium, and my wife loves it! When she asked me where I heard about it, I explained it came from a tip on TractorByNet. She said she in the future she won't bug me about spending so much time reading this forum... So, I made out two ways - made her happy on Valentine's Day, and I got a 'kitchen pass' to read TBN as much as I want. Such a deal! Thanks again!
