value of a B3200

I have a tier 3 Kubota B3200 with a FEL and 2018 5' rotary mower. About 400 hours on the tractor [I bought it with 300 2 years ago] and about 50 hrs on the mower. How do I value its worth?

A buddy wants to buy it and I really don't need it.

Current new price minus depreciation (figure 5% off the lot, though these days the difficulty in getting a new machine might not see a depreciation hit) minus runtime hours (10% per 500 hrs?). Adjust for cosmetics and things that might not be fully functional (or function is a bit decreased- 400 hrs there really shouldn't be anything, seat wear and things like that would be the most likely). Maintenance records necessary for top dollar (or whatever currency- no idea where you are; location matters as far as market goes).
