I was at a Cub dealer and saw a 3200 series tractor (I think it was a 3204 from 1999 or 2000, not sure date of mfg). It had a 54" deck which is what I am looking for. 22HP Kohler which started right up, looked very clean and sounded great. Tractor had 526 hrs on it (snow bloiwing and mowing), a few minor nicks and a couple of rust spots, otherwise very decent shape. Tractor was serviced once a year.
Dealer was asking $2500 for it.
I am not mechanically inclined, so have no clue what else to look for on the tractor other than check the engine.
Is that a reasonable price for the tractor?
Dealer said previous owner traded it in for a 2006 3200.
I have a good relationship with the dealer, but DOUBT he would tell me the tractor was traded in because it had problems.
Any advise or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
