Just drove past it on the way home and can't believe no one has messed with it here in East Oakland...

2 ideas come to mind.

1, is it parked in such a way that it blocks ANYTHING? egress to a row, pole, mailbox, closer than X to a tele pole or fire plug. IE. anything you could use to get an alternative LEO to look at. IE.. CODE ENFORCEMENT.

Another angle is safety. is it blocked so it can't roll? could it in any reasonable way pose any safety hazard? IF so.. again.. code enforcement SHOULD be able to act on it... even if it is a abandoned/junk vehicle abatement complaint.

It's park on a frontage road on the freeway side and across the street are homes...

Street is wide and flat... no danger of rolling.

If anyone wants to take a shot at getting it back to it's rightful owner...

Stop and do your own U tube video... So people will see it (including us) lol but once its on U tube, and the social sites it will be taken care of.

You could post some info on craigslist the owner may be watching for it to come up for sale, just give a short description and ask for details that only the owner would know before giving the location.

I posted the plate on the off chance someone on TBN might have access to a license plate data base or even the owner is a TBN member!
