So can you run a mower/tractor over that area to mow it? I assume so, since I see tire tracks from the grading work.

No tractor. They used a track loader to carry the dirt to the edge. Then they used shovels and an extendahoe(?) on a backhoe to spread it staying off the septic field.

Gutters were installed today on the house and garage. With 1 to 3 inches of rain due starting tonight we will see how they work. The only item left is the electrical. The house has a meter and the garage should be hot in the next 2 weeks.

Looking good. When do you hope to move in?

We are hoping to move in sometime this month. We have the electrial, HVAC sub that is not being helpful with showing up on the job. I knew this was going to be an issue from the start since everyone here is swamped in the trades.

Starting the exterior concrete.
Patio

Hot tub is going here and I don't want any cracks.
I am not sure concrete can be crack proof but I feel pretty good about this.

Big garage is going to have a 20 x 60 pad. Trying to decide sidewalks between areas. Front Sidewalk and porch will be aggregate. Front Sidewalk will tie into the garage pad.

New Holland with forks saved the day again. After getting rain on and off for several days the HVAC guys looked none too happy about getting the heat pump to the far side of the house. Later they needed gravel under the base.

I went with a 3 Ton Rheem. It is only a 14 Seer but it is extremely quiet with a scroll compressor. I have propane backup or a dual fuel unit for when it drops below 30 degrees.
