Wallenstein skidding winch

/ Wallenstein skidding winch #2
I borrowed a similar "Farmi" unit a few years back to use when cutting some of my poplar in the spring. Made the job a breeze. I could hook onto a couple of logs at once, skid them to the trail then drag them out. When I came to a spot/hill where I didn't have enough traction to procede I could let out cable until I got to a spot with better footing then draw the logs back up to the tractor (JD4300 with chains on R4s). If I had the cash I'd forget my 8000lb electric winch and get one for myself.....A LOT nicer and quicker to use..
