There is a screw to loosen and the oil drains out. I think I took that whole piece off and put a valve on or maybe a cap on it as I thought it was too slow. Then again I may not have took the original fitting off, either way loosen the screw and it should drain if it isn't plugged up with dirt (which might be why I am thinking I changed it.
I'll let you know when I change the oil in the next day or so but I found an owner's manual on-line last night and it mentions to "twist the valve body CCW and pull" to change the oil.
