Warning About Dealers And Their Pricing

Maybe the top 1% go through all those gyrations not to pay taxes and use all the loopholes created by their own government because they resent paying virtually all the taxes?
Maybe spread it out a bit more and they might cut back on avoiding paying taxes?

Or better yet, create a NEW tax system?
(that’s what I want)
Right on Dude, I don't think they would mind paying their "fair" share. Nobody likes a shakedown.

When I was first starting out folks would often complain about the higher-ups making so much more in salaries, bonuses, company cars, etc. I would just say “ I want to work my way up to that.” Worked out ok for me I believe with hard work, being dependable & responsible.

"The consequence to us the consumer is they are the worst companies to do business with"

So then why do "we" do business with them? Why are they able to attract and retain a work force? It is often stated that the market decides who the winners are, but most people forget that "we" are the market. There are companies that I refuse to do business with, networks that I refuse to turn my channel to, websites and search engines that I do not use. We do not need a nanny state to control every aspect of life. We actually have more control over these things than we realize, we just need to take that control. It may mean giving up some conveniences or cheap products, most often referred to as "sacrifice".
Because you can't avoid them. Example of this is the telecommunications industry. Horrible but you can't avoid them.

Very true. I think the bottom 40% income earners pay like 3% of the total federal income taxes?
The top 2% pay like 50% of all the total federal income taxes?

Whats “fair” or “equitable”?

I don't know what is fair and equitable for you, but what I do is try to pay what seems like a fair share to me. Sure I'll take deductions, but won't go crazy with it. After all, I'm the one getting most of the benefits from the taxes I pay.

It's obvious that some people are more selfish than others. But that's their business; none of mine.

I tell you what 5030, you have ranted and raved about this dealer of yours for I don't know how long. I'm going to call this guy up next week and find out if he is as good as you keep saying he is. And just to let you know, I will report back here what happens. So prepare to be validated or humiliated.
Gee, I'm still waiting for your expose'. The silence is deafening....

How about it or did you forget? The week is over last time I checked...

Non sense, it just started. I called and talked to him today. I will report back once he gets back with me as he said he would do.

Since when do the 1% pay income taxes on salary? Many are smart enough to take stock options that are then taxed at 15%.

I'll see him on Friday so I'll find out if you are BS'ing or not. Actually, I may swing by tomorrow. I need to pick up something.

Because like everything else, they start out good then implement change that frustrates almost everyone but too many people are afraid to speak thier mind, or just don’t care about real service maybe they don’t understand all the effects of those changes but the end result is the same those who do are stuck with limited choices and pritty much the same shitty service you accept as standard!

Ask an old timer if he thinks waiting for an hour to get a simple question answered is acceptable? Or if forcing all that info out of you in order to get something purchased or service started is right or wrong. Contracts for what? So you can’t tell them to shove it when they raise thier price next month?
Carry a card for free stuff that’s not free and you can buy someplace else and save way more than the free stuff you get costs?
The average consumer today isn’t very bright and is easily fooled by gimmicks, promotions and just about any bull crap they want to feed you.
If people demanded real respect as customers and refused to do buisness with any company who doesn’t treat you 100% most of our country would shut down within 3 days!
