I have just taken delivery of a iseki tu220f.
When it is running there is a warning light on the right hand side of the dashboard.
It looks like a battery with water in the bottom. Does any one know what this is for and should i worry about it?
The charge light is on the left side and this is ok when engine is running.
Thanks in anticipation

That is the battery water level. The Japanese tractors have a sensor in the battery. When they get here most of them are changed to US batteries that don't have the sensor. There should be a two contact plug near the battery. Take a jumper and short between the terminals and see if the light doesn't go out. I usuaully just cut the plug and wire nut the two wires together.

Thanks for that.
will have a look for the sender unit and wire it up.
Another question do you know which of the three PTO speeds is 540 rpm? and what speeds are the other positions?
Thanks

I haven't Tached the shaft on that model but a close reference would be:
first 560
second 750
third 950
fourth 1100
Again give or take a few rpm.

Cant find any wires that look like they belong to a sensor.
So I have taken the bulb out of the dash. Do you think this will be ok?

That is the second best solution. It usually takes longer than twisting the wires together.
