Stand By for a new player on the block. Bluefrognet started in Rochester, and is slowly expanding, supposedly soon to be nationwide.
I've been using them for over a year, and am very happy.

was using bluefrognet as a back up isp a few years ago, they were free then, one guy at work uses them, only problem with them is they are very restricted in the area, unless they have added more numbers since i used them.
