you guys do know that on Eddie's cave man diet...you can eat Pork skins as a snack... now that is one great diet...those things are good...especially the real crunchy ones....:licking:

Those are easy to find, but what store carries the herbivore dinosaur meat.

Okra is even available in Yankeeland these days. Not hard to find but not exactly one of the most popular veggies. Trouble is it doesn't fit well into traditional northern cooking. I use it in soups and stews but rarely alone. You rednecks need to do a better job exporting your recipes. Enough of Col Sanders and BBQ sauce, let's see what else you can do!

BBQ sauce! What are you a heathen? Dry rub on the tenderloin with my NC style seasonings, slow cooked over mesquite until 210 degrees for a opulent of hours, then a little vinegar and red pepper and some Texas Pete.

I also much prefer dry rubs. I don't mind a bit of dipping sauce but cannot tolerate the gooey sugar and ketchup based sauces. Make mine vinegar and mustard based with a bit of heat!

Got home from work about 1am and there was a new pot of chili. So for lunch (8pm for me), it's chili and jalapeno cornbread. :licking:

(Humble Pie)30 Days In The Hole

I seem to have a newly acquired taste for both Newcastle & Humble Pie...

I'm gonna scramble a couple duck eggs with some pepperoni for breakfast I think...

Be well, Eat Well too...

It sure is good... Guinness is hands down my favorite beer. Sam Adams Irish Red is my #2, but it is hard to find. I hold Harp Lager as my favorite light beer...

I do not care for really hoppy beers, life's too short for bitter beer (sorry, your mileage may vary).

I also much prefer Irish whiskey to Scotch (depending on the brand etc.)... And I really enjoy Bourbon...

Thats enough of this talk until after work!

Drink Well :drink:,

For breakfast - Sweet potato pudding. (Basically - cinnamon, raisin, oatmeal, ground flaxseed, with a mashed sweet potato.)

I think the two Humble Pie's have different crusts! :D

For breakfast-- An apple, a banana, some hot tea and shredded wheat with a few frosted mini-wheats underneath it.

A little Jameson in your coffee will kick your day right! As for Scotch whiskey, I'd rather drink hot beer.

I am a John Powers Irish Whiskey fan. Love that stuff. The best EVER of any whiskey is Midelton, but it is pretty pricy... Yes, it is Irish...

;) I am having fried Tarantulas Rex Sausage Patties with Brontosaurus egg Omelet....:licking:

The name Brontosaurus was given when fossils from 2 different Sauropod dinosaurs, bones from an Apatosaurus and the skull of Camarasaurus were mixed up. There is no Brontosaurus egg. You, my friend have been duped. So that leads to the question - What are you eating???????

The sausage also appears to be spider meat.

uhg- carnivores!

Yeah, that dish used to be called Rocky Mountain Oysters. Always wondered who ate them...
