I wanted to congratulate you on finishing the work but I lost track of this thread, yes we were busy the last few weeks, was only logging on briefly though I was thinking to myself "he must have finished it by now" but I guess I missed your post. So a slightly belated COGRATULATIONS!!!

I'm reading this thread, upstairs from my wet, finished basement. I'll start another thread, but just wanted to say what a wonderful resource TBN is! Thanks to Scotty for the posts and success story - always like a happy ending. Thanks to John for great advice. I'm rethinking my entire approach.

That is the beauty of TBN! I think it is jsut as important that we share our succcesses as well as our failures, could help someone else.
