I have a first generation Bobcat CT120 (2012).  I changed my hydraulic fluid yesterday and you can see the results by the picture.  The dipstick NEVER showed that color.  I have an intact screw cap on fill hole…ALWAYS.  The fluid was in the clear container overnight and there was no oil/water separation line.  I have a hydrostatic drive.
