When using the front loader do you remove the post from the puller at the location it's pulled? Type of pulling equipment doesn't matter.

A simple, easy way to pull "T" post is to have a chain on one of the hooks on they loader bucket. Pull loader up to post. Have helper reach over the top of the post and sling the chain around the post reaching down and get 3 or 4 wraps around the post. Lay the end of the chain back over itself. Helper stands back. Tractor operator pulls post up. Helpers takes chain off and put pulled post in bucket. Proceed to next post. The chain snags on the post and comes up without slipping.

For post that have been set in concrete, wrap chain around base of post. Have large diameter OTR truck wheel (or large dia. heavy wall steel pipe piece) and have the chain come up over the wheel and hooked to tractor drawbar. The wheel forces the chain to pull up as the tractor moves away.
