Pretty much Kioti related. My storage system is less than ideal but the good news is that I don't need to move snow with the tractor, just move snow from the tractor before using it.

On the trailer, ready to go.

Beautiful photo. Did you really mean "northwet"? I like it! We've had some dustings here in Maine, but I'm lucky and my wife has generously allowed me to take up a bay in the garage with my little tractor. I am planning to use it for plowing when the snow really comes. I can't wait!?!

Yes it's wet here. Wet and dark. It was dark all the way to work at 7:30 and will be dark all the way home at 5:00. The wetness is a lingering rain and drizzle that doesn't really dry but doesn't really freeze. We get these occasional dustings and they really are a treat. They were already sending kids home from school with that inch of snow shown in the pic. The worry is that the slushy snow could freeze over at night. Clear ice is much more slick than dry snow.

I managed to clear a bay out in the garage but to unload the tractor would mean hitching up and pulling out into the road to unload and then I would have to reload before taking it out to work next time. I should have thought of this before parking the trailer.

This snow stuff makes for a good setting to sit in the hot tub with a fine adult beverage and the women of the house.

down here in seattle, they threatened snow but changed their tune...at least temporarily. The thing that cracks me up is the news folk travelling to remote places to show a snowflake and do an in depth report on it...lol

That's good that it's up on a trailer, but a $20 tarp from Home Depot or where ever would make a world of a difference.
I can't wait to strap on the new snowblower to my CK20 and put it to use in some good ole' Nor-Easta's. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I worry about the tarp trapping moisture and creating rust and mildew. Also the abrasion of the tarp rubbing on it in the wind. A little tarp structure would be cool but I am too cheap to pay hundreds of bucks. I'm thinking about it though.

I agree about the tarp. I wonder if tarping sometimes does as much harm as good. I'm also thinking about one of those cheesy little pole and tarp tent things for the backhoe and other items that have been displaced from the garage.

Now I lived in Seattle for two years so I caught the "northwet" play and figured you did it on purpose...next I read the the 'sitting in the hot tub with the "women" of the house' thing and I'm thinking to myself...I thought he lived in Washington, not Utah /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The women in the house are the wife, 3 year old, and 3 month old daughters. I am very outnumbered. Even the cat is a girl.

As soon as I saw Utah I knew what where you were going. Ha!

I have had this hot tub now for just over two years and must say that it really does wonders to take the chill off. Plus there is no TV and the girls are comfortable around water. We got the 3 month old in at about her 1 month birthday, she just loves it.
