Loader weak loader L235

My L235 loader is very weak,only lifts a 1/2 bucket of dirt.I changed fluid and filter,no difference,the 3 point works fine.

Did the weakness show up suddenly - or over a period of time? The loader has a relief valve that, if stuck partly open, would make the loader weak and not affect the 3-point lifting capacity. Does the 3-point really lift heavy stuff normally?
