the curl pos. is in the 3 o'clock pos. not 9 lol
but ill try if it helps this poor thing, now i know why there throwing in free loaders...taking it to the dealer this week and they are gonna have to do something or ill not have it. i mean man i use other older makes less hp with no problems. love everything about it except this weak loader deal. sometimes when dumping the bucket and maybe back dragging pea--#57 gravel its like it has no hydraulic pressure almost like the buckets flopping

I had a similar issue with a Kuboda one time, but is was a design issue, not maintenance. It's one reason why I bought the Kioti.

My wife put it best at the time: "We'll rent this one when we need to move a load of feathers!".

She's not one to sugar coat things.

I'm sure this will get fixed for you.

I guess my controller is backwards then, because mine dumps at the 3 o'clock position.

mine curls at 9 O'clock and dumpsat 3 O'clock. I thought this was the standard way to set them up.

Guys this thread has really peaked my interest. I have a 2008 CK35HST with the k130 loader. I often wonder if the Hydro PSI for the FEL was set correctly at the factory. I have two other CUTs in my neck of the woods, one is the other orange and yes I have a John Deere two doors down. I believe the JD has the X400 FEL not sure what the orange one has, but It sure seems to me that the FEL on those tractors are have more lifting power than my Kioti? How do you go about testing this without bringing it to the dealer? My dealer is over 125 from the cabin. Thanks

We have played with several of the new KL130QAP Loaders with the QA Plate. It does effect the roll-back of the bucket due to the extended distance to the roll pins. Not only did KIOTI add the QA Plate, they also gave us a larger / heavier bucket, which we have been requesting for a long time. Now we have both, and the effects of both.

We have found that decent bucket curl can be accomplished by letting down on the boom slightly as you curl in the material pile. The natural tendency is to lift on the boom as you curl. If you let slightly down on the boom as you curl, and continue into the pile, you can get a decent bucket full of material. Takes a little practice, but it works.

Your loader should run at about 2450psi. We wouldn't recommend cranking up the pressure beyond the recommended setting.

You can check the pressure to the loader by hooking up a pressure gauge at the loader patch ports. I think someone once upon a time posted photos of their gauge setup that they had made using a short piece of hydraulic hose connected to a gauge. Then there were others that had the gauge permanently mounted at the patch.

id like to see that thread or pics of the gauge and know where to set it at and how ... to the limits of coarse

Michigan Iron is right out lowering as you curl for better lift. When I go into a pile I move the loader control to the 10 to 11 o'clock position instead of the 9 o'clock just curl position. Try it you'll be amazed at the difference.

I'm not so sure it is lowering that helps but rather not lifting simultaneously. That way all the hydraulic pump flow is going just to the curl cylinders rather than being split between two curl and two lift cylinders. I'd imagine that ideal would be just 9 o'clock position for curl.

it doesnt matter if you just try to lift with a full bucket of dirt or 57 gravel ,,, or curl while in a pile without lifting or anything else,, it plainly sucks badly with no excuses for it , i mean a 1720 ford [25hp] woods backhoe and loader , no problems what so ever, youd think the ck27 [ 28hp ] would be a better piece, very disapointed in the loader as well as others in my area, after talking to them they are having the same problems...i was going to buy a backhoe attachment but now im afraid to cause is it going to be weak also??? im going to let the dealer handle this at lease give them and kioti a shot then if niether can fix the problem im going to check my laws if any apply or find it another home... i love everything else about it just this is ticking me off for 15k:mad: and 68hrs
