Sorry I forgot to comment on the concrete and temp. I really like the posts you designed. I am wrestling with a design for a building and most likely will go post in ground due to cost. I would like a more permanent structure but the cost is prohibitive.
Most likely the heat of hydration from the concrete was enough so that little or no damage to the concrete occurred. Look at the top of the concrete for cracking in a spider web or alligator like pattern. You may need to mist with water. If you only see some very fine cracking when misting with water it may just be from improper curing at the surface. In that case do nothing.
If you really want to be sure then wait for the concrete to cure for 28 days, tap with a chipping hammer. If portions of the concrete pop off, some damage has occurred. You can continue to break off concrete that is brittle. Note that at 28 days you can break off concrete with a very hard hit with a chipping hammer. You only want to remove the brittle portion of concrete. Then clean off and pour the rest of the concrete. This is most likely not an issue.
