Wow, we had another storm front blow through last night. When I went to bed at 10:30 it was 64 degrees by midnight it was 35 degrees, raining very hard and we had 50+ MPH wind gusts. It's still cooling down with an expected low in the teens tonight with rain changing to snow.

Has this front moved through anyone else's area yet?

It went through here last night. Yesterday I worked on the farm in shirt sleeves and today I have coverall on. I hate this weather.

Its 66 degrees out right now! We should be knee deep in snow right now. I went crow hunting this morning in just a pair of lightweight camo coveralls. The front will come thru tonight and they have already posted high wind warning. Tomorrow calls for a high of 30 with snow.

it was 50 degrees when I went out to feed the horses this morning ... front is supposed to hit about 3 PM and they have high wind warning fo rthe entire state. Supposed to be 15 degrees by 9PM tonight ...

My thermometer was above 50 at 4 a.m. (when the power went off very briefly and came back on, waking me up). Then I heard the wind howling like freight train coming through and at 4:15 a.m. a heavy rain that didn't last 10 minutes and the thermometer dropped 15 degrees in about an hour. Sun came out and would have been a pretty day except for that blasted 20-30mph wind all day. Supposed to have another freeze tonight./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

I think that weather front you got yesterday came thru early this morning over here..WOW /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif high winds and pounding rains about 2:15am.

We got it yesterday afternoon about 4pm while I was out at our property fihishing clearing. I came up real fast while I was on the tractor & my friend was on his trachoe. I was debating whether to keep this big maple that would be about 25' from the future house. Well the big guy made up my mind for me by blowing it down. I landed about 20' from me /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif I may look at taking down a couple more after seeing that.
My daughter's tree house was swaying like craxy. (see pic)

We also got it here in eastern NY. It was about 1:30 am. Dog was up trying to get into the tub. [strange dog/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif] 50+mph winds, and buckets of rain. Next doors siding was in my deiveway this morning[glad it was not mine, I went through that last wind storm] Now its Snowing./w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif Yesterday I was out bushwacking on the tractor in a tshirt, and today looks like I will have to break out the shuvel. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif Well, as they say. "If you don't like the weather in the northeast, wait a minute"
