Welding a disc harrow

The weld on the one end of the center brace on my friend's Leinback disc harrow has broken. He has a gasless mig welder (0.30 flux core wire) but I am thinking this heavy metal requires an arch welder. Suggestions?

That MIG welder should do the job--take your time and do multiple passes.
