Welding project, anyone guess what it is?

Just made this yesterday, I’m just wondering if it’s obvious what it is.

It’s a little over 8’ long, about 17” wide. most of the frame is 3/4 angle, the cross pieces are double 3/4 angle, the 14 verticals are 1 1/2 x 1/8 by 15” long. 5 holes drilled in each vertical piece.

The long edge on the right has a 3/4 solid square welded on the full length of that side only.

I didn’t take any close pictures of the welding. besides I did a lot of grinding what can I say.

Is it obvious to anyone?

70 + views and 1 guess, that tells me it’s not all that obvious. Its like any thing else I guess, once you know what it is then it’s obvious.

Ok a couple of clues:

It for inside a house.

The spacing between verticals on the same bar are 3 1/2 in apart.

Each set of cross bars is 16” apart.

The orientation in the picture is upside down.

the attached picture shows the holes countersunk for wood screws.

Actually that is it's purpose, it replaces what would be seen.

Or someway of locking the kids in a room so you and your significant other can get some quiet time!
