Sorry for the troubles you have had with your bota. Sounds like you got the last one made that day /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Either way, I have 3 dealers near me, I bought from the farthest one from me because of his demeanor and his dealership etiquette. He was also the middle price wise.
The highest was just to busy to bother with little ole me, and was upset when I told him, just the tractor MMM, and FEL. Tiller and other implements coming from local farm machinery dealer. When I went to get a firm price, the owners son (stuffed shirt, sales dud) was not there. Guess what, next guy in line, knew I had been in but priced me couple hundred more..........
Second stop, just did not like the dealer. Showed me a beat up traded in model and wanted 90% of new price. I would not have driven it on the lot much less at home. All he could do was call when one came in the was not asked for.
Third guy, stopped in once way before buying while waiting on a practice to open so I could service their computers. Nice place, sales guy was the owner, talked to me about several machines. Dealership had the farmer air about it. Never even drove one there. Called the guy after above 2 visits and ordered it on the phone, sent payment and got tractor in a week. That is what I call dealers.
Service, I take it or pay him 75.00 to haul it 75 miles each way. Now that I have a truck capable, I will haul it, and they will put it in line up to a week in advance, so I show up with it, get it fixed and leave with it, same day!
