Went to tractor supply today and was told that king Kutter was going bankrupt?

I went to Farm and Fleet to purchase a KK middlebuster and they were sold out so I ended up buying a Farm Star brand from Rural King. I am glad that I did, it is built a lot heavier than the KK brand. It cost a little more but it has a lot more steel in it. Best of all it is built in Litchfield Illinois which is an hour from my house. I am not sure if Farm Star is another brand of Worksaver which is built in Litchfield also. I know Worksaver is a reputable brand around here. I have 3 pieces of equipment from Farm Star now and I am pleased with all of them so far.

I have a KK,tiller,box blade,landscape rake,middel buster and finish mower (all repainted) I have hade great luck with KK.The paint sucks but for what I use them for a more expensive ones wouldn't do any better.
