The ground lug looks like a L250. Multiple manufacturers make them. They are still used today in commercial electrical grounding and in high amperage control enclosures. You might find some old timer that is a ham radio operator that would buy the lugs for use in grounding his antenna towers out. Not sure about the fuel injector tube.
