Euro cars with control stalks on the wrong side of the column, text talk eg: UOK etc, etc spelled as ECT, arks instead of ask, having to fix drawer that have been forced down to fill, everything has a place but never the same one twice

There aren't any that come to mind for me...although does adjusting picture frames to --- NOT --- be level make me a bad person?

It generates an OCD urge in a lot of people...

...like my wife!

Countertop is for preparing food not storing stuff on. Push your chair in when you leave the table. Bench in mudroom is to sit on to put your shoes on your feet. Don't stack purses and junk on it.
LOL. You sound like you have the same women in your house as I do!

I can't even cook in the palatial kitchen i devised, because the wife fills it up with her paper work.

I always clean, sharpen and refill fluids on my chainsaw after use. That way it is ready to go next time I pick it up.

Now that's just good "house-keeping".

I just remembered I had an obsession at one stage over locking the doors at night. I'd lock them and go to bed, but even though I knew I'd locked them, I just had to get up and re-check. That happened for quite a while. I'm not sure how I got over that OCD - maybe just gave myself a good mental kick in the arse.

You mean there is another way to do it?;)

I don't refill the fuel, but drain it and run it until it dies, because I use it pretty infrequently and don't want old stale gas in it. I refill the bar oil when I fuel it up to use it, because otherwise it leaks some out in the carrying case. I do sharpen the chain and blow it off with compressed air after each use though.
