Spinach dip is good, but I enjoy artichoke dip.
1 can of choke hearts, a cup of mayo, a cup of parmisan, and a cup of jack.
Back for 40 min. at 325 NO HOTTER!
With good hard bread!

Dang now Ive got another thing to fix and try.

We had folks over for supper the other evening and my wife put me on the hook to make this dip. (I've got some association with it for "bring something" get togethers)
I served it hot, and it was a bit to "fondu ish" to me, spooning on to the good bread.
But, now that the left overs are well chilled, the dip is stiffer, and can be piled on like a spread.

Now I'm going to need to raid the fridge and enjoy some!
