I'd get one from land pride or everything attachments for convenience. I've priced out a 700lb and a 850lb one from them at $1750ish. Land Pride actually offered more weight for the money. If you want a cheap one, Titan attachments might be cheaper, but it will be lighter too.

If the EA box blade is built anything like their grapple. Buy it !
I have tried to destroy their grapple. I haven't been able to do so yet !
I wouldn't buy one that uses clips to hold the scarifiers in place

Everything attachments production is running behind demand. Call them to see when you could expect delivery. It may be eight to ten weeks.
The key metric in Box Blades is weight per unit of width.

I have a king cutter. It’s built like a tank and can pick one up at local rural king in stock. For price you could destroy 2 of them and still be cheaper than others.

I too have a King Kutter box blade, and it is a solidly built unit.
That said: Everything Attachments items are worth the wait!
My most recent EA purchase (forks) is currently in transit to me.
Wait was 4 weeks, but my use will be ..... FOREVER!

gotta lightly used old 5' king kutter off craigslist for $350. 5/16 sideboards, shank pins for rippers and weighs ~425#. land is mostly chert, no problems moving and grading soil.

I have a Bush Hog ROBB - 72" @ 710#. I thought it might be too light. But with the hydraulic top link I can get it at a very sharp angle and get it started digging. Once it starts, it then becomes the available "grunt" of my tractor. Once it digs in - hit the hydraulic top link - level it out and go.

Woods. Very solid construction and this is a core product for them. I have a Woods 72" with the identical tractor and it works great.
EA is good in my limited experience. Also, my experience with Landpride, a new scarifier, is junk - it bent easily when used as intended (pasture renovation) with a tractor below the rated HP, and the dealer and factory rep agreed it shouldn't have done that but refused to do anything whatsoever. I will not buy anything from Landpride ever again.

I picked up a Frontier BB5072. Fully welded mast, and built well IMO
You have any idea what yours weighs? Is 6ft a better size tahn 7?

Width of a box blade should 99% of the time be wider than your tractor's track width (outside to outside of tread) - my older 7' Gannon box (right at 1100 pounds) gets used on my Allis 160

which is heavier than your tractor, but NOT 4WD - when it starts to seriously dig, I have to keep my heel on the differential lock but that extra weight REALLY helps it cut. The 7' Gannon is about 5" wider than the tires on both sides, wouldn't want it any less.

EA has some really well-built stuff, but unless you don't need it til NEXT year, you might be able to find a used older Gannon quicker and cheaper. It all depends on what you need to do with it whether you get something that LOOKS like the "real thing" or actually IS the real thing - My old 1100 lb. Gannon on the back of a Case 580 has done 900 cubic yard cut/fill projects (made a 1 acre sloped area into a level spot) in a 3 day weekend.
Prior to having my OWN gear, a 45 horse RENTED Kubota and a 500# box blade took 2 DAYS just to smooth out a DIFFERENT smaller sized project AFTER I rented a JD 450 Dozer with 6-way blade to move about 100 yards of material from behind my barn to make ANOTHER level area.
My point - it helps to KNOW what you want/need to do, THEN you'll know what to look for... Steve

What about this one? Sweet Farm Equipment - New & Used Farming Tools & Equipment | Tractor Equipment, Implements It's a 7 footer, which it's built heavier than a bunch of the ones I've looked at. 7ft isn't too wide for driveway work is it? That will be the main use. My tractor is around 65" wide

EA for sure. There is a reason they can't keep up with demand.

First off, I wouldn't trust ANY dealer that shows a single choice for drawpin width, then claims it's cat1 OR cat2 - cat2 drawpins are wider apart.
Second, if that's "super heavy duty", then my Gannon is super super unbelievably indestructively heavy professional industrial magic duty
But mostly, if by "main" use you mean somewhere over 80-90%, you may wanna look at a LGPS (Land Plane Grading Scraper) instead (or at least, FIRST) - better results with a gentler learning curve ESPECIALLY for road maintenance.
For your 65" track width, a 6' will do; as long as you don't try to turn TOO sharp and still cover your tracks. For any job that's very stubborn, a 6' (that weighs the same or more) will "git-r-done" better. For example, My Gannon weighs 1100 lbs at 7' wide, that's 150# per foot of blade width - the one you linked is same width as mine, 6 scarifiers instead of 8, and barely 100# per foot of blade width. I'm pretty sure I could drop mine on that one a couple times and it'd be hard to tell what it WAS. (mine probably wouldn't notice anything unusual :laughing
To be (sorta) fair though, I drove a D8 Cat for the first time when I was 10, worked on several farms for summer jobs, and spent the last 35 years before retiring in heavy industry; so if I can bend something without tryin' too hard, I don't want it.

Your tractor would have no problem pulling the BB2072, and it should be OK for something like driveway maintenance (if you decide not to get a LPGS) but it is DEFINITELY at the light/medium duty range - at 534 pounds, it's not quite 90# per foot. Remember, nearly ALL 3PH's are GRAVITY down so WEIGHT is usually your FRIEND...
It'll cover your tracks going straight and/or fairly gentle turns, tight turns with the blade engaged aren't a good idea with ANYTHING.
Also, if you look at the toplink connection it is NOT QH compatible (at least ONE of the two bolts just below the link pin would interfere)

Again, to be fair people claim that the Gannons aren't QH compatible too - but I use mine on a HF quick hitch, it's doable if you have a hydraulic toplink; just takes a couple minutes more to hook up, usually less.
