I think you could get a new Kubota L3400, 4wd with loader for close to what you are wanting to spend. Great little tractor. For about 4K more you can get the L4400 which is a little bigger and has 45hp. I also like the JD 990 and looked at the 5103, but I need 4wd. I recommend 4wd if your loader work consists of anything more than scooping loose material.
