A while back I bought a Jackery 300w power station with 100w solar panel on an Amazon deal. Been using it up north and have been pretty impressed.

Did a test to see if it would run the diesel heater I bought recently. Was surprised At the results. I ran it for an hour on low and it was still at 90% charge. Heater ran between 9 and 12 watts. View attachment 4416635

So I just ordered one another one with a bit more power because it was on sale..

Anker SOLIX C800 Portable Power Station​

So I’ll use one for the heater and the other one for phones or whatever. Next time I head up I’ll install the heater. Was a bit chilly a few weeks back.

My Inverter generator is nice and pretty quiet, but the constant wind up when a 1500w electric heater kicks on makes it hard to sleep.

I would have ordered one on Amazon, but I need it Monday and the earliest delivery date I could find was Wednesday. Home depot had this one in stock.

Mine was supposed to be here last Friday, but got moved to the 20th. Forgot to check where it ships from which was from Anker. I typically only order stuff that ships from Amazon directly for this reason, better customer support. That being said I think you’re going to be happy with your purchase. These things are super handy. Batteries have really come a long way. I run a 32 inch tv off my little 300w and really like how quiet they are.

I'm expecting that when the people at the Hilton find out what I'm doing, they will not be happy and will probably tell me I can't use this power supply and will have to buy the electricity from them. If that happens, I will probably pack my stuff and leave.
