What did you do on or to your LS Tractor today?

I have kitty cat paw prints on my seat and hood fairly often and I don't own a cat LOL. Alright by me as I have never had a rodent problem with the tractor. I'll chalk it up to the cat lounging around.

The rod with the little dip that indicates your bucket is level for me is just about useless.
I can barely see it and has been bent several times it is off by several degrees and most of the time I ending up digging with the bucket when I really want it flat.

Today I made up a new one that is easy to see. I only need to know the bucket is flat and this works great for me. I got this idea from another poster some time back.

So you repainted the rod red so it’s easier for you to see ?

The original rod was 1/4" metal.

I replaced it with a 3/4" PVC that slides in a 1" conduit.

At the junction of the red meets the white on the PVC even with the end of the conduit the bucket is flat at ground level.

This keeps my Piranha Tooth Bar from digging in.

Snowed about 5 inches here yesterday so today I had to plow some snow with the front loader. Should have installed the turf tamers but I didn’t so I wound up gouging the lawn in two spots, not real bad but now I have some lawn repair work to do which could have easily been avoided by taking 5 minutes to install the turf tamers.
