What did you do on or to your LS Tractor today?

Chipped trees and tree limbs today with my betstco 4 inch wood chipper. Works great eats anything 4 in or less that I put into it

Got a few hours bush hogging. Stopped when I noticed I was missing half a stabilizer. have never had a stabilizer come apart on my Kioti or Case, so something new. Looked around for the main piece but no luck. Probably find with with mower sometime. Will definitely have to look to see how to prevent in future.

A simple fix sometimes for cotter keys (hitch pin clip or hairpin cotter pin) that get pulled by tall grass and weeds, is a piece of #9 wire or half a welding rod,knock the flux off slid it thru the cotter key hole about half way and bend it around just past a U shape the long tails (6") will move with the grass and not pull out.
There are also several types of so called locking or safety ones,

Adjusted slip clutch today and replaced shear bolt in rotary cutter.
Done mowing for the day. Still same shear bolt - amazing how things work when properly adjusted

47.6 hours guess I should contact dealer for 50 hr service. Wx permitting should hit it Mon or Tue.

bush hogged for close to 4 hours. absolutely beautiful place just down the road from my son in law's parents place. almost time for my 300 hour service, need to get some filters ordered

Spread about 28 yards of 3/4 minus around back of shop-finally getting rear parking and storage area gravelled and graded. 86 degrees but air conditioned comfort in the cab of my XR4155

This is part of mowing, Wainaku grass. This wasn’t largest, just one of few remaining when I thought to grab a pic. This field was mowed in Feb this year.

was looking at LS Tractors on line, reading about them here, looked up a few things I thought I might want in a tractor, one thing is double hydraulic pumps, and decided to price out something a little larger than my Max28 and heavier with some nice options.

I went to the LS Site... what no building button, I wanted to look through the LS line up and get anode of where the prices are going to be... is it a big point... to me, yes it is !
I contacted LS and asked about a build it button and was told to go to a dealer. My closest dealer is over 3 hours away, not good, I asked about building a Tractor before asking for a quote and was told they don't do that and the sale agent can help you out... NOT !

It's too bad, I like to price shop on line and see what I can build before quote it out and I am disappointed in LS Tractor.

Anyway, was almost ready to to post in this tread about what I did today but just not getting started... too bad !

^^ That's one of the advantages of a smaller company. The dealers are free to negotiate prices more easily than with bigger companies that dictate policy.

Call a dealer and see what they can do.
