My LS got to play tow tractor today.

Tundra stalled in yard needed to be repositioned for tow truck




Wife managed to break tie rod on her mower
Had to tow back to shed

Well not getting to do everything i want just too busy ! Did get trailer and dragged it around front 20 acres picked up all the dead limbs and cut some brush to haul to burn pile before it was raining too much only have another 60 acres to try and finish so i can do last field cutting for winter

With all the rain, it's been too wet to get it out, so I greased everything and checked fluids.

I putzed around a bit today, chop-blowing some leaves and moved a bucket of firewood. Maybe an hour or less, but enough to give it good warm feeling.

yeah I used mine saturday to move some firewood and a few other small and insignificant things around the yard.

Used tractor to unload a trailer of flooring i bought one of my crazy ideas my wife shakes head about!
I bought the plastic lock together tiles from a school gym with cost to go pick it up maybe cost me 800 and i plan to put it in a barn/workshop my kids can have a basketball court at one end lol

Got mine a companion of sorts.
Picked up my Betstco FM BH8 backhoe from freight agent today. Actually a few days earlier than expected.

Crated weight was 1650lbs. At the limit with my pallet forks , actually had to take a few things off the front of crate to lift. Crate was 88inches so somewhat out there. Once on the ground, easier lift from side.

David how much hydrolic fluid did it take to fill the hyd tank on your back hoe?

I put about 5 g initially, but I think it needs to be topped off now all the cylinders have been exercised. Just haven’t got to it, other priorities, like my off grid electric.
