What did you do on or to your LS Tractor today?

Graded out a larger parking area, then started bordering it with railroad ties. Still have to cut a couple to fit. Tractor made easy work picking them up and placing them. Used chains and the bucket hooks. I have 14 tons (10 yards) of road base gravel coming tomorrow. More seat time!

shooterdon, which grapple did you get? Was your 4140 already set up with the third function?

Bought the MTL HD Root grapple. $1000 delivered. The dealer installed the 3rd function when I ordered the tractor. Both are great additions.

My fiancé was moving a couple of logs this weekend and she had a big smile on her face. The grapple makes jobs like that effortless.

Everything Attachments Wicked root for compact tractors. The dual lid has been amazing. I debated between the single lid or dual lid for a while. But the dual lid has fit my needs very well.

I used the FEL to scrape up some of the gravel that washed down my driveway into the road and attempted to fill in some of the worst of the ruts. These rain storms have really beat up my driveway this spring.
I'm now looking for a used back blade and possibly a box blade as well so I can do the job right. The driveway is steep and has had drainage issues since I bought the house.

Power company was out today, taking down two large, dead pines that were threatening our overhead service lines. Had a lot of cleanup to do after they felled the trees. Pallet forks on the loader made quick work of the mess. All piled up and ready to burn.

Give a look at rear land plane graders as well. Mine works very well for road and driveway maintenance.

Today's project was skidding a shed about 100 yards to a new location, where it will become a chicken coop/goat shelter. MT225 had no problem with the workload. Shed weighs about 1500lbs. Had to do one u-turn, dodge some trees and back up a hill to the final location, but it worked well.

About to start digging the gunk up that's blocking the culvert under my driveway and cleaning up the ditch line.

Broke it for real. Tie rod tube for the front wheels. One tire was in really soft soil the other was on hard packed drive way. And when attempting to turn....BOINK!!! No more steering rod.
