What did you do to your tractor today?

What did I DO to my tractor? I greased all the fittings I could find on my JD 2210 - now, about the U-joint almost impossible to get to fittings - I still have to figure out how to get to those!

Took the FEL QA Fisher snow plow off, hopefully until next winter. Early for Northern VT but the sap is running and the lake ice is melting. I still have over 4cords of wood left. I will leave the chains on until mud season ends just for a cya...

I let the new JD 3038E rest, seeing as it was Sunday. I did check torque on the lug nuts since it just hit 10 hours. All seems pretty cool. Smallest tractor I've ever had, and it will take getting used to. But it ought to do what I need, and is easier to get on and off. It's a pain to get old.

Burst an hydraulic pipe, the main one from the pto pump to the lever box.

Knew it was dodgy but decided to wait until it failed.

Well it failed....always when you are doing something things break:laughing:

Started to spread about 20 yards of dirt &(mostly sod clumps) that was delivered in the fall before the grass really started to grow on it. With all the cluthing I have sore knee today 3 Aleve barely touched it. I did grease tractor before I started. My knees feel a hydrostatic transmissions sounds good these days. JD 5103
