A quick hitch can be life changing as well as back saving.

Put one on my Kubota right after I bought it. It's never been removed. :)

I bought my 2032r new with a FEL, mid mower, 655 tiller. I wish I had bought a cab and a snowblower, but that would have been another $12,000 or more.
Now that I have the little massey with cab blower and rear blade for winter duty, the jd is just for sale, haven't moved a snowflake with it this year.

Definitely top and tilt.... I got a pair of remotes installed, but should have included the T&T.
Ohh, and all the other attachments I didn’t get....

Wheel spacers ... After almost two years I ordered them today... BUT it would have been something I should have gotten with tractor on day one...Yes it's all about the tipping stability... Don't know why I procrastinated so long...

Other thing would have been power beyond, but MF does not offer it on the CG series without backhoe (but sales brochure said it was available)...

And a Quick Hitch was first accessory purchased after initial tractor purchase...

Rim Guard in the tires. I didn't do it initially because I got the mid mount mower and wanted to use the tractor for mowing also and was afraid of tearing up the yard with the added weight of filled tires. I have had many times though when I wished I had it when doing normal tractor chores for the additional traction and stability. Last year I bought a 50" zero turn for mowing and it is much quicker than the tractor even with the 60" deck so I kept the tractor set up with FEL, backhoe, or rear blade for other ongoing projects. I think I'm going to get the tires filled pretty soon. I have tire chains for plowing snow so that's not an issue, but the added stability and traction would be great for anything.

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet, but a fuel tank and pump in my shop. At 72, I'm awfully tired of wrestling 5 gallon cans for 4 machines...Dan.

Lot of great suggestions, thank you for the recommendations! This will be used on a retired farm that I would like to return to use someday. Mostly flat with lots of mud to deal with. Currently have a massey ferguson 50 that is temperamental about starting with aworn out 5 ft brush cutter.

With 4x4 and a FEL being a given. Id say my grapple has been the best purchase for me. It is really a back and time saver.

I put teeth on my bucket, works great on compacted soil. Wish I had a 3rd function. Have a Backhoe and use it for stumps and getting under small trees. Just added hooks to my bucket, nice cheap addition that I wish had been on there from the start. Also agree about spacers and Rim Guard. Still have not done it, though I will need to , hilly around me. I use the pallet forks to move brush, not quite a grapple, but can do some of that now with hooks, chains and bucket, just a lot more work and time.
For mud, using R4s and they get me out of trouble when in 4 wheel, only had to use the diff locks a few times, but could not live without it ! Have to use my truck or the tractor to pull out my small 2 wheel drive tractor when mowing the lower field every now and then...
Good luck on your purchase, just list the jobs you need to do and that will at least get you started. I needed a back hoe, you may never use one, but you won't know until you do this list. and don;t worry, there is always a rental if you need something once every few years :)
