What else do you do with forks besides lift pallets?

Mine are handy but i've destroyed many a pallet etc and i harpoon the dirt all the time. i got many hours under my belt driving lift trucks, i can do it but.....a factory and it's outside yard have flat surfaces to ride around on, nothing close to flat here!

its on and off many times and then i still screw the pooch. yesterday i destroyed a crate with 25 pieces of 25 ft metal for the roof, left overs.

Neighbor stopped by with camera on his 4 x 4. i gotta get one!

I have a cabbed tractor so I bought 48" Forks. At least now I can see the fork tips. I need to get my camera system installed this winter for even better vision.

Sorry for late response.
My plan is 48" forks for Brush Piles around the property, thinking even a Debris Fork. Max28 Compact Tractor, lift limits were called out at 1600 lbs. but I'm thinking it will be working hard to get anywhere near that. I'm thinking of getting the 4000-lbs. forks, hopefully they will hold together with the lite work I'm planning.

Camera System sounds good, (installed yet ?), my tractor is small enough but a Backup Camera wouldn't hurt.

If you buy a set you will continually find more uses. Here I am holding a 1500' spool of 1" tubing. This is used in our sugarbush for collecting sap.

Novel idea here but I finally decided to use my forks to lift a pallet. The problem was loading a 3pt chipper onto a trailer. There were no hooks to pick it up and its was so awkward I could easily have dropped it. There was no good way to line forks under it.

Solution was to put the chipper on a pallet, strap it down and then pick the whole pallet/chipper bundle up with my forks. Problem solved and finally used forks as intended.

Turn it around, chain it down and you can use your tractor for moving your trailer around.

We used to do that with full sized fifth wheel plates to move empty semi trailers around.
