I know you are a metal builder but can you not salvage that wood? I have a hard time throwing stuff like that away.

This is stuff I had saved outdoors for years. It was originally sorted and stacked with air gaps between the layers but that did not last long![]()
Oof yeah like dragon I also cringe at seeing usable lumber thrown away. Put it in a pile by the road, lSorry, not intended to be a personal attack in any way.
Oof yeah like dragon I also cringe at seeing usable lumber thrown away. Put it in a pile by the road, with a quick ad on craigslist, and it could be put to use by someone - even if just for firewood (unless it was treated?). Putting lumber into a landfill to rot is among the most wasteful human behavoir I can imagine... Sorry, not intended to be a personal attack in any way.

JonHow about moving rocks. Dug this one out with the backhoe, but coould only drag it with the front wheels off the ground. A loaded bucket off dirt bring the front end down. But getting under the rock with the forks I was able to pick it up and move it. Other pictures shows it resting on a log while waiting for the wife to come home and tell me where she wants it. Would like to stand it on an edge if it is stable. This is one of many rocks dug and moved. View attachment 672643View attachment 672644Jon
I am buying a set, if I can find something decent, to move brush.
I have piles, slide the forks under, strap the brush on.
