What freebie did your dealer throw in?

That free telephone tech support is -very- valuable. I've used it a time or two myself. That's why I don't mind spending a few extra bucks on OEM filters and belts... cause the shop forman see's me often.. and then when i have to call for help.. they always have a couple answers ready for me!

I totally agree on the value of free tech support. I use it often. Besides the hats, etc. I sometimes get free loaner equipment when my machines are in the shop.

My dealer included free delivery 65 miles each way, 2 bucket hooks welded on
block heater and a price that could not be touched in the North East area.
Great support came out to change a recall on the TC34DA and to check a squel noise. I live in NY they are located in PA-- Krempasky Equipment.
I can calll anytime with questions and problems if needed. Great tech support.

I got a tank of fuel, a keychain, and some touch up paint. I didn't need delivery since the dealer was less than 3 miles away at the time.

This is my first post here.

Bought a BX23. Dealer threw in gloves, a hat and free delivery. Salesman stayed with me for 45 minutes or so to demonstrate and teach me what all the controls are for.
Dealer offers FREE use of all the attachments that fit the PTO and they have a large list of attachments. ( They have larger free attachments for larger tractors also )

I planned on closing the deal on my tractor at 1 pm that day, had some other business to do. The dealer called at 11 am and wanted to know if we could close sooner so he could get the paperwork on my tractor and another in before 2 pm that day. Actually he probably wanted to get my check in the bank on that business day.

I did get a rain gauge and 2 hats with the dealers name on them. No M/F anything. Also got a "glad he's leaving" look when I left. About a ungrateful bunch. Just because we didn't close the deal until 3 pm.

I'd say peanuts, but, well, I did get one of each oil filter. And a calendar. And delivery, I suppose. Like that was tough (~10 miles and he had to have the trailer out with him anyway). I'm not really bitter. But, well. Yeah. I'm sure that I made his xmas - he could do a bit more for mine

Edit: ok, well, that does sound harsh. I got a very fair deal. I'm just having buyer's remorse. That will go away after I fix my roads and get a good snow!
